December 9th 2011: The opening of our show 'The Squaring of the Circle' at Space In Between Gallery, London. The show runs until the 14th Jan 2012- check the SIB website for details.
October 2011: We were asked to draw a portrait of the iconic British architect Peter Cook to celebrate his 75th birthday. The drawing will be exhibited in Brisbane.
September 2011: We're off to Pars next week for the Paris Design Week (12 - 18th September 2011) .We're part of a group show called 'Glitch Fiction' at the Cite de la Monde et du Design. We'll be doing a slightly different version of the 'Dimension Dome'.
August 2011: Our 'Absolut Vodka' billboard around the place. (Manchester and London)
July 2011: The Absolut Vodka commercial that we feature in, has just been released worldwide (see below!) . We went to Lisbon and painted a 20ft bottle. You can see the 'behind the scenes' film and more pictures in the 'Absolut Vodka' work section.
May 2011: Editorial illustrations for ICON. The article was on Dr Rachel Armstrong, a, synthetic biologist who has designed an artificial cell programmd to form a limestone reef that would shore up the crumbling foundations of Venice.

March 2011: We've been working on a Totem Pole for the Inkkgoodness 'Character Totem' in Berlin, as part of the Pictoplasm character walk. He is called 'First Angry'.

January 2011: A new year....and we're in a couple of 2011 calenders. The first is with our agency (The Central Illustration Agency) and the second has been made by The Design Files in Melbourne. Below are our contributions..
December 2010: We've just got back from Mexico where we were working with Fizz Gallery, Mexico City on a number of projects.
Limited edition collaborative furniture range with Pirwi. (10 trees, 10 'burros' a.k.a tressels and 2 desks). We spent a week sitting in the Pirwi workshops drawing on their furniture! The opening was in their incredible showroom in Polanco.

October 2010:Super K Sonic Boooum! at the Manchester Science Festival. We have been making a new piece of work called 'The Dimension Dome' to show along side Nelly Ben-Hayoun's incredible 'Super K Sonic Boooum' installation at the Manchester Metropolitan University. 'The Dimension Dome' is a 2m wide geodesic dome made from 75 pieces of cardboard, bolted together with our paintings on the inside. The viewer crawls inside and is then surrounded by our visual interpretation of the 'Theory of Everything'.

September 2010: We've been working on a few exhibitions this month...

The Rover Renaissance Experiment - a collaborative project with Valentin Vodev . We will create a functioning eco-friendly car that is also a work of art.
A 'Fortune Star' for InkyGoodness's exhibition PLAY at the East gallery on Brick Lane - one of those fortune telling paper stars that you might have played with at primary school!
We were selected for the Images 34 AOI Illustration Awards. Our work featured in the 'Advertising' section in the exhibition at the London Collage of Communication. (Unfortunately I forgot me camera on the night so this isn't the best photo of our piece!)

May: We've been invited to contribute work for a couple of charity projects. The first is MEMORIES which is an illustrated book sharing the memories of Cnacer survivors.Proceeds from the sales of Memories will go to the charity Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres. The second is To Haiti With Love which is an initiative by artists around the world to raise money for the rebuilding of Haiti. You can donnate by buying digital post-cards from the website. May 10th: We've just got back from DECODING (the Breda Graphic Design festival, Holland) where we did a painting as part of the Illustrative (Berlin) exhibition at Electron. The festival will be on untill the end of the month.
February 26th 2010: We're heading back to Glasgow this weekend for an exhibition at Recoat Gallery - here are some photos of the exhibition and the opening.
February 21st/22nd 2010: We spent the weekend in the 'Queen of Hoxton' on Curtain Rd, Shoreditch doing a painting for the Queen of Hoxton's first birthday organised by Idea Generation.
February 13th & 14th 2010: This weekend we stood outside'KALEID editions'artist's bookshop (Unit 2, 23-25 Redchurch Street, Shoreditch, London. E2 7DH) doing a wall painting in conjunction with the launch of our book 'Talking About My Spontaneous Generation'. It was freezy and our fingers hurt!

Oct 2009: Flyer for 'Bird on the Wire', a London music promoter. We're also off to ILLUSTRATIVE 09 in Berlin and to Copenhagen for an exhibition with some artist's from Glasgow...
Sept 2009:We're featured in Taschen's Illustration Now Volume 3 published this month. We hand painted 2 chairs for Adidas for their store in Chadstone, Melbourne.
August 09: 'Talking About my Spontaneous Generation' Publication. 36 page book, black and white, off-set printing on heavy weight uncoated paper, complete with marbled inside covers and an embossed cover! It contains all the drawings we did leading up to our show at West Space (see Illustration section for more details). They are available to buy at the moment in West Space Gallery , Melbourne but we'll be putting them on our Etsy shop soon.
August 2009: Wall painting at Mr Wilkinson, Brunswick, Melbourne. We were filmed with a stop-frame animation - see our speedy painting below or on The Design Filesinterview.
August/Sept 09: Both of our poster designs got selected for CREATE BERLIN poster Contest and have been printed A1 and stuck up around Berlin....apparently one has been spotted on U-bahn 9, around Afmrumerstrasse.
July: We've been busying ourselves with drawings for a self-published book. It will be a compilation of drawings based on the Origin of Life theories. It should be ready in time for our show at West Space in Melbourne, August.
May 2009: Our advertising illustrations for the Manish Arora Swatch collection are beginning to pop-up around the place so keep your eyes peeled! They'll be in international magazines, buses in germany,billboards around the world and Swatch shops etc.

Oct- Nov 08: Good Wives and Warriors collaborated with Pernilla Rozenberg to make a couple of wall paintings for Ester at City Vintage, Glasgow. See PAINTINGS for more details.
October 08: Good Wives and Warriors have been temporarily reunited for the month of October! We've been to Zurich to do our wall painting in the ILLUSTRATIVE exhibition, we have made limited edition hand coloured screen prints in 4 different designs and a wall painting in a show in London...Check out the PAINTING section for more details...
